  • 1. Satukan air, gula perang, kayu manis, dan buah pelaga di dalam periuk. Letakkan di atas api sederhana dan kacau hanya sehingga gula larut dan cecair mula berwap, kira-kira 2 minit. Aroma rempah sepatutnya hangat dan bersih, bukan seperti dipanggang.

  • 4. Alihkan buah dengan cermat ke pinggan hidang atau mangkuk cetek. Sudukan salut rempah suam ke atas buah dan hidangkan segera.
