Hummus

Een klassieke Midden-Oosterse dip van kikkererwten en tahin, glad en romig met citroen, knoflook en olijfolie. Deze serveer je het best gekoeld of op kamertemperatuur als dip of smeersel.

Ingrediënten


  • Kikkererwten 60 g

  • Tahin 15 g

  • Olijfolie 8 g

  • Citroensap 5 g

  • Knoflook 2 g

  • Water 10 g


  • Instructies


  • 1. Doe de kikkererwten, tahin, het citroensap, de knoflook en het water in een blender of keukenmachine.

  • 2. Mix tot het grotendeels glad is.

  • 3. Schenk de olijfolie er geleidelijk bij en mix opnieuw tot het romig is.

  • 4. Proef en pas de textuur aan met een beetje extra water indien nodig.

  • 5. Serveer gekoeld of op kamertemperatuur.
