En solid tallerken med sprø pommes frites servert med enkle kjøttboller av storfekjøtt. Det er en rustikk og mettende rett med krydrede poteter og pannestekte kjøttboller.

  • Poteter, 200 g

  • Storfekjøtt, 100 g

  • Brødsmuler, 15 g

  • Egg, 10 g

  • Løk, 10 g

  • Vegetabilsk olje, 4 g

  • Salt, 1 g

  • Svart pepper, 0.5 g


  • Totalvekt: 340.5 g

    Fremgangsmåte
  • 1. Skrell potetene og skjær dem i pommes frites-form. Tørk dem godt.

  • 2. Bland storfekjøttet, brødsmulene, egget, finhakket løk, salt og svart pepper. Form til små kjøttboller.

  • 3. Varm opp den vegetabilske oljen i en panne. Stek kjøttbollene til de er brunet og gjennomstekte.

  • 4. Stek potetene i samme panne eller i en egen panne til de er gylne og sprø.

  • 5. Server pommes frites med kjøttbollene ved siden av.
