  • Grønne bønner, 20 g

  • Løk, 10 g

  • Olivenolje, 5 g

  • Hvitløk, 3 g

  • Urter, 2 g

  • Salt, 2 g

  • Svart pepper, 3 g

    Fremgangsmåte


  • 1. Kok pastaen i saltet vann til den er al dente, og sil av vannet.

  • 2. Varm olivenoljen i en panne på middels varme.

  • 3. Tilsett løk og hvitløk, og stek til det er mykt.

  • 4. Tilsett storfekjøttdeigen og stek til den er brunet.

  • 5. Rør inn tomatsaus, grønne bønner, svarte oliven, urter, salt og svart pepper.

  • 6. La det småkoke til grønnsakene er møre og sausen er godt blandet.

  • 7. Vend den kokte pastaen inn i sausen og kjøttblandingen.
