Barra de Chocolate com Framboesa

Uma confeção simples de chocolate feita com chocolate de leite e chocolate negro, aromatizada com framboesa. Assemelha-se mais a uma barra de chocolate aromatizada ou confeção de chocolate do que a uma sobremesa assada.

Ingredientes


  • 60 g de chocolate de leite

  • 50 g de chocolate negro

  • 20 g de framboesas

  • 8 g de açúcar

  • 7 g de manteiga de cacau

  • 3 g de massa de cacau

  • 1 g de leite em pó integral

  • 0.5 g de emulsionante

  • 0.5 g de baunilha


  • Total: 150 g

    Instruções


  • 1. Derreta suavemente o chocolate de leite, o chocolate negro e a manteiga de cacau juntos em lume brando ou em banho-maria.

  • 2. Junte a massa de cacau, o leite em pó integral, o açúcar, o emulsionante e a baunilha, mexendo até obter uma mistura homogénea.

  • 3. Envolva cuidadosamente as framboesas, mantendo alguma textura, se desejar.

  • 4. Verta a mistura para uma forma ou tabuleiro forrado e alise a superfície.

  • 5. Leve ao frio até solidificar completamente, depois desenforme e corte ou parta em pedaços.
