Tirinhas de frango seladas na frigideira

Uma preparação clássica e simples de tirinhas de frango temperadas com sal e pimenta-preta, depois cozinhadas em óleo e finalizadas com manteiga para um molho rico na frigideira. É melhor servir quente como proteína principal.

Ingredientes


  • Tirinhas de frango 300 g

  • Óleo de cozinha 10 g

  • Manteiga 20 g

  • Sal 5 g

  • Pimenta-preta 5 g


  • Instruções


  • 1. Seque as tirinhas de frango com papel de cozinha e tempere uniformemente com o sal e a pimenta-preta.

  • 2. Aqueça o óleo de cozinha numa frigideira em lume médio-alto.

  • 3. Adicione as tirinhas de frango e cozinhe durante 3 a 4 minutos de cada lado, até dourarem e ficarem bem cozinhadas.

  • 4. Reduza o lume para baixo, adicione a manteiga e regue o frango com ela durante 30 a 60 segundos.

  • 5. Retire da frigideira e sirva quente.
