Cartofi copți

O garnitură simplă de cartofi, asezonată cu sare și piper negru, gătită cu ulei vegetal până devine fragedă și crocantă. Aceasta seamănă cel mai mult cu cartofii copți simpli sau cu cartofii prăjiți în tigaie, în funcție de metoda de gătire.

  • 1. Preîncălziți cuptorul la 220°C sau încingeți o tigaie la foc mediu-mare.

  • 2. Tăiați cartofii în bucăți egale.

  • 3. Amestecați cartofii cu uleiul vegetal, sarea și piperul negru.

  • 4. Coaceți timp de 25 până la 35 de minute, întorcând o dată, sau prăjiți-i în tigaie până devin aurii și fragezi.

  • 5. Serviți fierbinte.
