Un preparat simplu din cartofi gătiți în ulei vegetal și asezonați cu sare. Acesta seamănă cel mai mult cu cartofii prăjiți în tigaie sau cu home fries.

  • Ulei vegetal 18 g

  • 1. Curățați cartofii, dacă doriți, apoi tăiați-i în felii egale sau cuburi mici.

  • 2. Încingeți uleiul vegetal într-o tigaie la foc mediu.

  • 3. Adăugați cartofii și gătiți-i, amestecând ocazional, până devin aurii și fragezi.
