Kuracie prsia na cesnakovom masle

Jednoduché jedlo z kuracích pŕs opečených na panvici, dokončené cesnakovým maslom. Je šťavnaté, výrazne slané a jemne ochutené soľou a čiernym korením.

  • Kuracie prsia: 300 g

  • Maslo: 25 g

  • Olej na varenie: 10 g

  • Cesnak: 15 g

  • Soľ: 5 g

  • Čierne korenie: 5 g


  • Postup


  • 1. Kuracie prsia osušte papierovou utierkou a z oboch strán ich osoľte a okoreňte čiernym korením.

  • 2. Na panvici rozohrejte olej na stredne vysokej teplote.

  • 3. Pridajte kuracie prsia a opekajte ich, kým nebudú z oboch strán zlatohnedé a úplne prepečené.

  • 4. Znížte teplotu, pridajte maslo a cesnak a 1 až 2 minúty lyžicou prelievajte kuracie prsia rozpusteným maslom.
