Pečené zemiaky a mrkva

Jednoduchá pečená zeleninová príloha zo zemiakov, mrkvy a cibule, ochutená soľou a čiernym korením. Je sýta, chutná a hodí sa ako príloha alebo ľahké jedlo.

Ingrediencie


  • Zemiaky: 300 g

  • Mrkva: 120 g

  • Cibuľa: 80 g

  • Rastlinný olej: 15 g

  • Soľ: 3 g

  • Čierne korenie: 2 g


  • Spolu: 520 g

    Postup


  • 1. Predhrejte rúru na 200 °C.

  • 2. Ošúpte a nakrájajte zemiaky a mrkvu na rovnomerné kúsky veľkosti sústa. Cibuľu nakrájajte na plátky.

  • 3. Vložte všetku zeleninu do misy, pridajte rastlinný olej, soľ a čierne korenie a premiešajte, aby sa rovnomerne obalila.

  • 4. Rozložte zeleninu v jednej vrstve na plech na pečenie.

  • 5. Pečte 30 až 40 minút, v polovici pečenia ju raz obráťte, kým nebude mäkká a jemne opečená.

  • 6. Podávajte horúce.
