  • Postopek



  • 1. Model postavite na stabilen pladenj. V majhni skledi zmešajte mlečne beljakovine, kolagenski hidrolizat, polidekstrozo, sladilo in sol. Temeljito premešajte z metlico, da bo mešanica popolnoma enakomerna in brez vidnih prog.


  • 2. Kakavovo maslo in olje palmovih jedrc dajte v majhno kozico na zelo nizek ogenj. Segrevajte le toliko časa, da se popolnoma stopita in postaneta bistra, 2 do 3 minute. Odstavite z ognja ter vmešajte glicerol in emulgator, da dobite gladko in enotno zmes.


  • 3. Stopljeno maščobno mešanico v dveh delih dodajte suhim sestavinam in po vsakem dodatku premešajte s silikonsko lopatko. Masa mora postati gosta, povezana in rahlo sijoča. Vmešajte arašidovo maslo in sesekljane arašide ter mešajte le toliko, da se enakomerno porazdelijo.


  • 4. Mešanico čvrsto vtisnite v model v eni neprekinjeni plasti in jo s hrbtno stranjo lopatke stisnite, da ne ostanejo praznine. Površina mora biti ravna in napeta.


  • 5. Hladite 10 do 12 minut, le toliko, da se dovolj strdi za čisto jemanje iz modela. Ploščica mora biti na otip čvrsta, z gosto notranjostjo, ki jo je mogoče rezati, in brez lepljivosti na površini.
