  • Postopek


  • 1. Obložite model in ga postavite na stran. Če je model tog, ga rahlo segrejte, da se bo končna ploščica lepo sprostila iz njega.

  • 2. V skledi zmešajte mlečne beljakovine, kolagenski hidrolizat, sladilo, polnomastno mleko v prahu in sol. Po potrebi presejte, da odstranite morebitne sprijete delce; mešanica mora ostati fina in enakomerna.

  • 3. V majhni kozici na nizkem ognju skupaj stopite kakavovo maslo in olje palmovih jedrc, le toliko, da postaneta popolnoma tekoča in bistra, približno 2 do 3 minute. Ne dovolite, da se maščobi pregrejeta.

  • 4. Odstavite z ognja in vmešajte emulgator, glicerol in karamelno aromo, da dobite gladko in sijočo zmes.

  • 5. Suho mešanico dodajte topli maščobni mešanici in mešajte z lopatico, dokler ne nastane gosta pasta, približno 1 minuto. Masa mora biti povezana in rahlo satenasta, brez suhih žepov.
