  • Postopek



  • 1. Pripravite osnovo za ploščico. Mandlje, ovsene kosmiče in arašide dajte v manjšo skledo ter jih enakomerno premešajte. Njihove teksture naj ostanejo razločne, porazdelitev pa mora biti enakomerna.


  • 2. Stopite in povežite. Sončnično olje nežno segrejte v majhni kozici na nizkem ognju, nato dodajte čokoladni preliv. Neprestano mešajte 1 do 2 minuti, dokler se ravno ne stopi in postane sijoč, brez vidnih trdnih delcev.


  • 3. Oblikujte ploščico. Mešanico oreščkov in ovsenih kosmičev dodajte stopljeni čokoladi in previdno premešajte, da se enakomerno obloži. Zmes čvrsto vtisnite v majhen silikonski model za ploščico ali obložen model za štruco. Dobro jo stisnite, da se bo ploščica lepo rezala in ohranila obliko.


  • 4. Utrdite ploščico. Prestavite v hladilnik za 10 minut oziroma dokler ni čvrsta na dotik in površina ni utrjena s čistim čokoladnim sijajem.


  • 5. Pripravite osnovo pijače. V toplotno odporni skledi zmešajte mešanico sirotkinih beljakovin, izolat mlečnih beljakovin, topno koruzno vlaknino, glicerin, naravne arome, citronsko kislino, kofein, sol in vitaminsko mešanico. Stepajte z metlico, dokler se praški popolnoma ne razpršijo in zmes ni videti enotna.


  • 6. Vključite gazirano vodo. Gazirano vodo med nežnim mešanjem z metlico prilivajte v počasnem curku. Tekočina mora ostati živahna, vendar se ne sme pretirano peniti; končna pijača mora biti gladka, rahlo peneča in brez vidnih grudic.


  • 7. Ustekleničite in ohladite. Pijačo takoj prelijte v steklenico ali zaprto servirno posodo. Pred serviranjem jo hladite 5 minut, da se karbonizacija umiri v drobne, hrustljave mehurčke in okus deluje čisto.
