  • Postopek


  • 1. Obložite model za ploščico in ga postavite na raven pladenj. V majhni posodi zmešajte mlečne beljakovine, kolagenski hidrolizat, sladilo, polnomastno mleko v prahu in sol. Temeljito premešajte, da je praškasta mešanica enotna in brez lis.


  • 2. Dodajte sesekljane arašide in sojin crisp. Še enkrat premešajte, da se dodatki enakomerno porazdelijo po suhi mešanici.


  • 3. Karamelo nežno segrevajte v majhni kozici na nizkem ognju 1 do 2 minuti, le toliko, da postane tekoča in sijoča. Zrahljati se mora, ne da bi zavrela ali potemnela.


  • 4. Toplo karamelo dodajte suhi mešanici in jo z lopatico obdelujte, dokler ne nastane gosta, povezana masa. Tekstura mora biti čvrsta, rahlo lepljiva in sposobna obdržati obliko ob pritisku.


  • 5. Mešanico čvrsto vtisnite v pripravljen model v enakomerni plasti in jo stisnite od enega do drugega konca, da ne ostanejo zračni žepi. Hladite 10 minut, dokler se površina ne utrdi in se ploščica lepo vzame iz modela.
