  • Postopek



  • 1. Po potrebi model obložite s papirjem za peko in ga postavite na dosegu roke. Model mora biti čist in hladen, da se ploščica strdi z gladko površino.


  • 2. V majhni toplotno odporni skledi zmešajte mlečne beljakovine, kolagenski hidrolizat, sladilo, polnomastno mleko v prahu in sol. Temeljito premešajte z lopatico, dokler se praškaste sestavine enakomerno ne porazdelijo in ne ostanejo svetle sledi.


  • 3. Dodajte lešnik, kakavovo maso in sojin crisp. Nežno vmešajte le toliko, da se dodatki enakomerno porazdelijo po suhi mešanici.


  • 4. V majhni kozici na nizkem ognju 1 do 2 minuti segrevajte kakavovo maslo skupaj z glicerolom in sončničnim oljem, le toliko, da se kakavovo maslo popolnoma stopi in je mešanica tekoča. Ne pustite, da se kadi ali vre.


  • 5. Toplo maščobno mešanico prelijte čez suhe sestavine. Odločno mešajte 1 do 2 minuti, dokler ne nastane gosta, povezana pasta. Masa se mora ob pritisku držati skupaj in biti videti enakomerno navlažena, brez vidnega suhega prahu.
