Ljuta piletina marinirana belim lukom i soja sosom

Ukusna, ljuta marinirana piletina sa aromama belog luka, soja sosa i čilija. Najbolje je pripremiti je nakon mariniranja i poslužiti toplu.

  • Beli luk 40 g

  • Čili ulje 40 g

  • Soja sos 50 g

  • Ljuspice crvenog čilija 5 g

  • Crni biber 3 g

  • So 7 g

  • Šećer 5 g


  • Uputstvo
  • 1. Sitno iseckajte beli luk.

  • 2. U činiji pomešajte beli luk, čili ulje, soja sos, ljuspice crvenog čilija, crni biber, so i šećer.

  • 3. Dodajte piletinu i dobro promešajte dok se ravnomerno ne obloži marinadom.

  • 4. Pokrijte i marinirajte u frižideru najmanje 30 minuta.

  • 5. Pripremite mariniranu piletinu na željeni način dok ne bude potpuno gotova i više ne bude ružičasta u sredini.

  • 6. Poslužite toplo.
