  • Postupak



  • 1. Po potrebi obložite kalup papirom za pečenje. U maloj činiji sjedinite mlečni protein, hidrolizovani kolagen, izolat sojinog proteina, mleveni kikiriki i zaslađivač. Temeljno promešajte dok se praškasti sastojci ravnomerno ne rasporede i smeša ne postane ujednačena.


  • 2. Dodajte glicerol i otopljeno ulje palmine koštice. Radite smešu špatulom 1 do 2 minuta, dok se ne skupi u kompaktnu, savitljivu masu. Treba da se drži zajedno kada se pritisne i da bude glatka, a ne mrvičasta.
