Klasično jelo od testenine sa rigatonima pomešanim sa jednostavnim paradajz sosom i serviranim sa ćuftama. Zasitno je, ukusno i najbolje je završiti ga sa malo crnog bibera.

  • 180 g rigatoni testenine

  • 140 g ćufti

  • 90 g paradajz sosa

  • 8 g biljnog ulja

  • 4 g crnog luka, sitno iseckanog

  • 3 g belog luka, usitnjenog

  • 3 g soli

  • 2 g crnog bibera

    Uputstvo


  • 1. Stavite lonac posoljene vode da provri i kuvajte rigatoni dok ne budu al dente. Dobro ocedite.

  • 2. Zagrejte biljno ulje u tiganju na srednjoj vatri. Dodajte crni luk i kuvajte dok ne omekša.

  • 3. Dodajte beli luk i kratko kuvajte dok ne zamiriše.

  • 4. Umešajte paradajz sos i kuvajte na tihoj vatri nekoliko minuta. Začinite solju i crnim biberom.

  • 5. Dodajte ćufte u sos i zagrevajte dok se potpuno ne ugreju.

  • 6. Pomešajte kuvane rigatone sa sosom i ćuftama, pa odmah poslužite.
