Kryddig vitlöks- och sojamarinerad kyckling

En smakrik och kryddig marinerad kycklingrätt med vitlök, soja och chili. Den blir bäst om den tillagas efter marinering och serveras varm.

  • Kyckling 800 g

  • Vitlök 40 g

  • Chiliolja 40 g

  • Sojasås 50 g

  • Röda chiliflakes 5 g

  • Svartpeppar 3 g

  • Salt 7 g

  • Socker 5 g


  • Instruktioner
  • 1. Finhacka vitlöken.

  • 2. Blanda vitlök, chiliolja, sojasås, röda chiliflakes, svartpeppar, salt och socker i en skål.

  • 3. Tillsätt kycklingen och blanda noggrant tills allt är jämnt täckt.

  • 4. Täck över och marinera i kylskåp i minst 30 minuter.

  • 5. Tillaga den marinerade kycklingen med valfri metod tills den är helt genomstekt och inte längre rosa i mitten.

  • 6. Servera varm.
