Pitabröd med kyckling och potatis

En mättande wrap med kyckling och potatis serverad i pitabröd, kryddad med paprika, oregano och vitlök. Den påminner om en enkel kycklingpita i medelhavsstil.

  • Kycklingbröst 180 g

  • Potatis 180 g

  • Pitabröd 100 g

  • Vegetabilisk olja 20 g

  • Olivolja 10 g

  • Salt 4 g

  • Svartpeppar 2 g

  • Paprika 8 g

  • Torkad oregano 4 g

  • Vitlökspulver 12 g


  • Instruktioner


  • 1. Skär potatisen i små tärningar. Blanda med vegetabilisk olja, hälften av saltet, paprika, oregano, vitlökspulver och svartpeppar.

  • 2. Stek potatisen i en stekpanna på medelvärme tills den är gyllenbrun och mjuk, cirka 12 till 15 minuter.

  • 3. Krydda kycklingbröstet med resten av saltet, paprika, oregano, vitlökspulver och svartpeppar.

  • 4. Stek kycklingen i olivolja på medelvärme tills den är genomstekt och lätt brynt, cirka 5 till 7 minuter per sida beroende på tjocklek.

  • 5. Värm pitabrödet kort i en panna eller i ugnen.

  • 6. Skär kycklingen i skivor och fyll pitabrödet med kycklingen och potatisen. Servera varmt.
