Tzatziki

En klassisk grekisk dipp med yoghurt och gurka, uppfriskad med dill, vitlök och olivolja. Den serveras vanligtvis kall som meze, sås eller tillbehör till grillat kött och grönsaker.

  • Grekisk yoghurt 120 g

  • Gurka 35 g

  • Olivolja 15 g

  • Svarta oliver 5 g

  • Vitlök 2 g

  • Dill 2 g

  • Salt 1 g

  • Svartpeppar 0.5 g

    Instruktioner


  • 1. Riv eller finhacka gurkan, och pressa sedan ut överflödig vätska.

  • 2. Finhacka vitlöken och hacka dillen och de svarta oliverna.

  • 3. Blanda den grekiska yoghurten, gurkan, vitlöken, dillen, olivoljan, saltet och svartpepparn i en skål.

  • 4. Rör om tills allt är väl blandat.

  • 5. Vänd ner de svarta oliverna.

  • 6. Kyl i minst 15 minuter före servering.
