  • 2. Ongeza viazi kwenye sufuria la kukangia na koroga ili vifunikwe na mafuta yaliyotoka pamoja na mabaki ya kahawia yaliyoshikamana kwenye sufuria. Pika kwa dakika 12 hadi 14, ukikoroga kila baada ya dakika 2, hadi viazi viwe laini katikati na kingo ziwe za dhahabu na zimekranchi kidogo.
