  • Metode



  • 1. Voer die vorm met bakpapier uit en laat genoeg oorhang om die stafie netjies uit te lig. Die vorm moet droog en goed gedefinieer wees sodat die voltooide stafie met skerp rande stol.


  • 2. Meng die melkproteïen, kollageenhidrolisaat, versoeter, volmelkpoeier, soja-proteïenisolaat, polidekstrose, sout en emulgator in 'n klein bakkie. Klits deeglik vir 30 sekondes totdat die droë mengsel egalig is en geen sigbare klonte het nie.


  • 3. Plaas die kakaobotter in 'n klein kastrol oor baie lae hitte en verhit net totdat dit gesmelt is, ongeveer 2 minute. Verwyder van die hitte en roer die sonneblomolie, gliserol, geurmiddel en kakaomassa by tot glad en blink.
