  • 1. Coeu la vedella fins que sigui tendra, si no està ja cuita.

  • 2. Escalfeu el brou amb la ceba i les espècies perquè n'agafi el sabor.

  • 3. Barregeu la vedella amb la mescla de brou en un motlle petit o una safata.

  • 4. Refredeu-ho fins que el brou qualli en una gelatina ferma.

  • 5. Desemmotlleu-ho o serviu-ho fred directament.
