  • Mètode


  • 1. Col·loqueu el recipient de barreja sobre la balança i afegiu-hi l'aigua carbonatada. Manteniu el recipient fred; el líquid ha d'estar a prop de 4°C per preservar el gas i la vivacitat.

  • 2. Incorporeu-hi l'àcid cítric, la taurina, la cafeïna, les aromes naturals, els edulcorants, els conservants i les vitamines del grup B en aquest ordre. Bateu suaument durant 20 a 30 segons, només fins que tot estigui completament dissolt i distribuït de manera uniforme. El líquid ha de continuar sent clar i viu, sense grànuls visibles.

  • 3. Transferiu immediatament la beguda acabada a la llauna o ampolla freda de 330 g. Segelleu-la de seguida si feu servir un recipient adequat, o serviu-la immediatament si l'aboqueu.

  • 4. Refredeu-la 10 minuts més si cal. La beguda ha de presentar una carbonatació fina, un perfil cítric net i un final sec i definit.
