Aquesta és una llimonada clara i equilibrada, dissenyada per servir en ampolla: viva, neta i mesurada, més que no pas agressivament dolça. La llimona hi és present des del primer glop fins al final, sostinguda per prou sucre per arrodonir l'acidesa sense esmorteir-la. Ben freda, ha de beure's amb un toc viu i un cos suau i polit.

    Base de llimonada


  • Aigua, 360 g

  • Sucre, 130 g

  • Concentrat de suc de llimona, 10 g

  • Aroma natural, 0,5 g


  • Mètode


  • 1. Combineu l'aigua i el sucre en un cassó petit. Poseu-lo a foc mitjà i remeneu de manera constant durant 3 a 4 minuts, just fins que el sucre s'hagi dissolt completament i el líquid sigui transparent. No ho feu bullir.

  • 2. Retireu-ho del foc i deixeu que l'almívar es refredi durant 5 minuts. Ha de continuar tebi, no calent, abans d'afegir-hi el cítric.

  • 3. Incorporeu-hi el concentrat de suc de llimona i l'aroma natural fins que quedi tot ben integrat. El líquid ha de fer una olor clarament de llimona i tenir un gust net, dolç i marcadament àcid.

  • 4. Passeu la llimonada per un colador de malla fina a un bol de barreja net i, tot seguit, aboqueu-la a l'ampolla amb un embut. Segelleu-la immediatament i refredeu-la fins que sigui ben freda, almenys 2 hores.
