En fyldig bønnegryde serveret med en kølig topping af yoghurt, agurk og dild. Cola er ikke en almindelig ingrediens i madlavning her, så dette minder sandsynligvis mest om en enkel butter bean-gryde med frisk yoghurt som tilbehør.

  • Butter beans 250 g

  • Tomatsauce 140 g

  • Løg 60 g

  • Hvidløg 10 g

  • Olivenolie 15 g

  • Yoghurt 90 g

  • Agurk 40 g

  • Dild 5 g

  • Cola 0 g

  • Salt 5 g

  • Sort peber 3 g

  • Tørrede urter 2 g


  • Fremgangsmåde
  • 1. Hak løg og hvidløg fint. Skær agurken i små tern, og hak dilden.

  • 2. Varm olivenolien op i en pande ved middel varme. Tilsæt løget, og steg det, til det er blødt, cirka 5 minutter.

  • 3. Tilsæt hvidløg, tørrede urter, salt og sort peber. Tilbered i 1 minut.

  • 4. Rør tomatsaucen og butter beans i. Lad det simre sagte i 8 til 10 minutter, til det er gennemvarmt og let tyknet.

  • 5. Bland yoghurten med agurk og dild i en lille skål.

  • 6. Server butter beans varme med yoghurtblandingen ovenpå eller ved siden af.
