Pommes frites med kødboller og ketchup

En solid tallerken sprøde pommes frites serveret med krydrede kødboller af oksekød og en enkel ketchup-tomatsauce. Dette er en afslappet comfort food-ret, der kombinerer salte fritter, smagfulde kødboller og en sød-syrlig topping.

  • Kartofler 220 g

  • Oksekød 120 g

  • Rasp 20 g

  • Æg 20 g

  • Løg 15 g

  • Sort peber 1 g

  • Vegetabilsk olie 25 g

  • Ketchup 10 g

  • Tomat 6 g

    Fremgangsmåde


  • 1. Skræl kartoflerne, og skær dem til fritter. Skyl dem, og tør dem grundigt.

  • 2. Bland oksekød, rasp, æg, finthakket løg, sort peber og salt. Form til små kødboller.

  • 3. Varm den vegetabilske olie op på en pande. Steg kødbollerne, til de er brunede og gennemstegte.

  • 4. Steg kartoflerne i den resterende olie, til de er gyldne og sprøde.

  • 5. Hak tomaten, og bland den med ketchup for at lave en hurtig sauce.

  • 6. Server fritterne med kødbollerne, og hæld ketchup-tomatsaucen over eller ved siden af.
