Butterbohnen in Tomatensauce

Ein einfaches mediterran inspiriertes geschmortes Bohnengericht mit zarten Butterbohnen in einer würzigen Tomatensauce. Es eignet sich gut als Beilage, leichte Hauptspeise oder serviert mit Brot.

Zutaten


  • Butterbohnen 150 g

  • Tomatensauce 70 g

  • Zwiebel 15 g

  • Knoblauch 5 g

  • Olivenöl 10 g

  • Salz 2 g

  • Schwarzer Pfeffer 1 g

  • Paprikapulver 2 g

  • Gemischte Kräuter 2 g

  • Zucker 3 g


  • Gesamtgewicht: 260 g

    Zubereitung


  • 1. Das Olivenöl in einer Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen.

  • 2. Die Zwiebel hinzufügen und etwa 3 bis 4 Minuten weich dünsten.

  • 3. Knoblauch, Paprikapulver und gemischte Kräuter hinzufügen und 30 Sekunden mitgaren.

  • 4. Tomatensauce, Zucker, Salz und schwarzen Pfeffer einrühren.

  • 5. Die Butterbohnen hinzufügen und 5 bis 8 Minuten bei niedriger Hitze köcheln lassen, dabei gelegentlich umrühren, bis alles durchgewärmt und die Sauce leicht eingedickt ist.

  • 6. Abschmecken, falls nötig nachwürzen, dann warm servieren.
