    Instrucciones


  • 1. Precalienta el horno a 200°C, o calienta una sartén a fuego medio.

  • 2. Corta la patata en trozos pequeños si es necesario.

  • 3. Mezcla la patata con el aceite vegetal, la sal, la pimienta negra y las hierbas secas.

  • 4. Asa durante 20 a 25 minutos, o cocínala en la sartén hasta que esté dorada y tierna, dándole la vuelta de vez en cuando.

  • 5. Sirve caliente.
