Salteado sencillo de patata y verduras

Un salteado rústico de patata y verduras cocinado en sartén, hecho con patatas, zanahorias y cebollas, sazonado de forma sencilla con sal y pimienta negra. Es una guarnición salada sencilla o una comida ligera.

Ingredientes


  • Patatas 180 g

  • Zanahorias 70 g

  • Cebollas 50 g

  • Aceite vegetal 15 g

  • Sal 3 g

  • Pimienta negra 2 g


  • Total: 320 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. Pela y corta en dados las patatas y las zanahorias en trozos pequeños y uniformes. Corta las cebollas en rodajas finas.

  • 2. Calienta el aceite vegetal en una sartén a fuego medio.

  • 3. Añade las cebollas y cocina durante 2 a 3 minutos hasta que se ablanden.

  • 4. Añade las patatas y las zanahorias, luego sazona con sal y pimienta negra.

  • 5. Cocina, removiendo de vez en cuando, durante 15 a 20 minutos hasta que las verduras estén tiernas y ligeramente doradas.

  • 6. Sirve caliente.
