Solomillos de pollo a la sartén

Una preparación clásica y sencilla de solomillos de pollo sazonados con sal y pimienta negra, luego cocinados en aceite y terminados con mantequilla para crear una rica salsa de sartén. Se sirve mejor caliente como proteína principal.

Ingredientes


  • Solomillos de pollo 300 g

  • Aceite de cocina 10 g

  • Mantequilla 20 g

  • Sal 5 g

  • Pimienta negra 5 g


  • Instrucciones


  • 1. Seca los solomillos de pollo con papel de cocina y sazónalos uniformemente con la sal y la pimienta negra.

  • 2. Calienta el aceite de cocina en una sartén a fuego medio-alto.

  • 3. Añade los solomillos de pollo y cocínalos de 3 a 4 minutos por cada lado, hasta que estén dorados y bien cocidos.

  • 4. Reduce el fuego a bajo, añade la mantequilla y báñalos con ella durante 30 a 60 segundos.

  • 5. Retira de la sartén y sirve caliente.
