    Juhised


  • 1. Patsuta ribeye kuivaks ja maitsesta mõlemalt poolt soola ning musta pipraga.

  • 2. Kuumuta toiduõli pannil keskmiselt kõrgel kuumusel, kuni see on kuum.

  • 3. Prae steiki 2 kuni 4 minutit kummaltki poolt, sõltuvalt paksusest ja soovitud küpsusastmest.

  • 4. Lisa või ja tüümian pannile küpsetamise viimasel minutil.

  • 5. Tõsta sulanud tüümianivõid korduvalt lusikaga steigi peale.

  • 6. Eemalda steik pannilt ja lase enne serveerimist 5 minutit puhata.
