Barre chocolatée à la framboise

Une simple confiserie au chocolat à base de chocolat au lait et de chocolat noir, parfumée à la framboise. Elle ressemble davantage à une tablette de chocolat aromatisée ou à une confiserie au chocolat qu’à un dessert cuit au four.

Ingrédients


  • 60 g de chocolat au lait

  • 50 g de chocolat noir

  • 20 g de framboises

  • 8 g de sucre

  • 7 g de beurre de cacao

  • 3 g de pâte de cacao

  • 1 g de lait entier en poudre

  • 0,5 g d’émulsifiant

  • 0,5 g de vanille


  • Total : 150 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Faites fondre doucement le chocolat au lait, le chocolat noir et le beurre de cacao ensemble à feu doux ou au bain-marie.

  • 2. Incorporez la pâte de cacao, le lait entier en poudre, le sucre, l’émulsifiant et la vanille, puis mélangez jusqu’à obtenir une texture lisse.

  • 3. Incorporez délicatement les framboises, en conservant un peu de texture si souhaité.

  • 4. Versez le mélange dans un moule ou un plateau chemisé, puis lissez la surface.

  • 5. Réfrigérez jusqu’à ce que l’ensemble soit bien pris, puis démoulez et coupez en tranches ou cassez en morceaux.
