Frites avec boulettes de viande

Une assiette simple de frites croustillantes servies avec des boulettes de bœuf poêlées. Cela rappelle une combinaison classique de cuisine réconfortante, composée de frites et de boulettes, souvent servie comme plat principal décontracté.

Ingredients
  • Pommes de terre, 160 g

  • Bœuf haché, 70 g

  • Chapelure, 15 g

  • Œuf, 20 g

  • Huile végétale, 10 g

  • Sel, 3 g

  • Poivre noir, 2 g


  • Total : 280 g

    Instructions
  • 1. Épluchez les pommes de terre et coupez-les en forme de frites.

  • 2. Mélangez le bœuf haché, la chapelure, l’œuf, le sel et le poivre noir dans un bol jusqu’à ce que le tout soit juste homogène.

  • 3. Façonnez le mélange de viande en petites boulettes.

  • 4. Faites chauffer l’huile végétale dans une poêle. Faites frire les pommes de terre jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées et croustillantes, puis égouttez-les.

  • 5. Dans la même poêle ou dans une autre, faites cuire les boulettes à feu moyen jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient bien dorées et cuites à cœur.

  • 6. Servez les frites avec les boulettes de viande bien chaudes.
