Macaronis au fromage et cheddar avec bacon et rigatoni

Un plat de pâtes crémeux façon gratin, préparé avec des rigatoni enrobés d’une simple sauce au cheddar et terminé avec du bacon. Il rappelle les classiques macaronis au fromage, adaptés avec des rigatoni à la place des macaronis coudés.

Ingrédients


  • Pâtes rigatoni, 90 g

  • Fromage cheddar, 55 g

  • Lait, 55 ml

  • Beurre, 15 g

  • Bacon, 12 g

  • Poivre noir, 2 g

  • Sel, 1 g


  • Total : 230 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Faites cuire les rigatoni dans de l’eau salée jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient al dente, puis égouttez-les.

  • 2. Dans une petite poêle, faites fondre le beurre à feu doux.

  • 3. Ajoutez le lait et faites-le chauffer doucement, puis incorporez le cheddar en remuant jusqu’à ce qu’il soit fondu et la sauce lisse.

  • 4. Ajoutez les rigatoni cuits et le bacon, puis mélangez pour bien les enrober.

  • 5. Assaisonnez avec le sel et le poivre noir, selon votre goût.

  • 6. Servez immédiatement pendant que la sauce est encore crémeuse.
