Ingrédients


  • 2 tranches de pain blanc

  • 1 avocat

  • 20 g de roquette

  • 40 g de tomates cerises

  • 10 g de graines de courge

  • 10 ml d’huile d’olive

  • Sel de mer, au goût

  • Poivre noir, au goût


  • Préparation


  • 1. Faites griller le pain blanc jusqu’à ce qu’il soit doré.

  • 2. Écrasez ou tranchez l’avocat et étalez-le sur les toasts.

  • 3. Garnissez de roquette et de tomates cerises coupées en deux.

  • 4. Parsemez de graines de courge.

  • 5. Arrosez d’huile d’olive et assaisonnez avec du sel de mer et du poivre noir.
