  • 180 g tijesta od pšeničnog brašna

  • 70 g umaka od rajčice

  • 110 g sira mozzarella, naribanog

  • 70 g pilećih prsa

  • 35 g crvene babure, tanko narezane

  • 8 g maslinova ulja

  • 3 g češnjaka, sitno naribanog

  • 1 g origana, sušenog

  • 1 g crnog papra, sitno mljevenog


  • Priprema



  • 1. Zagrijte pećnicu na 250°C i stavite lim za pizzu ili kamen za pečenje unutra da se zagrijava 20 minuta. Površina mora biti potpuno vruća kako bi se tijesto brzo učvrstilo i ispeklo hrskavo, a ne ostalo blijedo.


  • 2. Začinite pileća prsa s 1 g crnog papra i 1 g origana. Zagrijte 4 g maslinova ulja u malom lončiću na srednje jakoj vatri, dodajte češnjak i miješajte 20 sekundi dok ne zamiriše, ali bez tamnjenja. Dodajte piletinu i pecite 4 do 5 minuta, jednom okrenuvši, dok ne bude tek pečena i površina lagano ne pobijeli. Izvadite i tanko narežite.


  • 3. Razvaljajte tijesto od pšeničnog brašna u tanki krug, pazeći da debljina bude ujednačena. Tijesto treba ostati podatno, ali vidljivo tanko, bez debelog ruba koji bi zadržavao suvišnu težinu.


  • 4. Rasporedite umak od rajčice po tijestu u tankom, ravnomjernom sloju, ostavljajući uzak rub čistim. Ravnomjerno rasporedite mozzarellu preko umaka, zatim složite narezanu piletinu i crvenu baburu po površini tako da nadjev bude uravnotežen i ne prenatrpan.


  • 5. Lagano pokapajte preostalih 4 g maslinova ulja po vrhu. Premjestite pizzu na prethodno zagrijani lim ili kamen i pecite 10 do 12 minuta, dok rubovi tijesta ne postanu zlatni, sir se potpuno ne otopi i lagano ne zapjeni, a podloga ne postane hrskava kada se podigne.
