Dada Ayam Mentega Bawang Putih

  • Mentega: 25 g

  • Minyak goreng: 10 g

  • Bawang putih: 15 g

  • Garam: 5 g

  • Instruksi


  • 1. Tepuk-tepuk dada ayam hingga kering lalu bumbui kedua sisinya dengan garam dan lada hitam.

  • 2. Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan dengan api sedang-besar.

  • 3. Masukkan dada ayam dan masak hingga kecokelatan di kedua sisi dan matang sempurna.

  • 4. Kecilkan api, tambahkan mentega dan bawang putih, lalu sendokkan mentega leleh di atas ayam selama 1 hingga 2 menit.

  • 5. Angkat dari wajan dan diamkan sebentar sebelum disajikan.
