Salad komposisi tinggi protein dengan dada ayam berbumbu, ubi jalar panggang, cottage cheese, mentimun, dan sayuran hijau. Hidangan ini menyerupai chicken sweet potato salad bowl versi sederhana dengan bumbu ringan dari minyak zaitun dan herba.

  • 160 g dada ayam

  • 120 g ubi jalar

  • 80 g cottage cheese

  • 60 g mentimun

  • 50 g sayuran hijau

  • 15 g minyak zaitun

  • 5 g garam

  • 5 g lada hitam

  • 5 g herba kering


  • Instruksi langkah demi langkah


  • 1. Panaskan oven hingga 200°C.

  • 2. Kupas dan potong ubi jalar menjadi kubus seukuran sekali gigit. Aduk dengan setengah minyak zaitun, sedikit garam, lada hitam, dan sedikit herba kering.

  • 3. Panggang ubi jalar selama 20–25 menit hingga empuk dan sedikit kecokelatan.

  • 4. Bumbui dada ayam dengan garam, lada hitam, dan herba kering.

  • 5. Panaskan wajan di atas api sedang dengan sisa minyak zaitun dan masak ayam selama 5–6 menit per sisi, atau hingga matang sempurna. Diamkan selama 5 menit, lalu iris.

  • 6. Iris mentimun dan siapkan sayuran hijau.

  • 7. Susun mangkuk dengan sayuran hijau, ubi jalar panggang, mentimun, ayam iris, dan cottage cheese.

  • 8. Akhiri dengan sisa bumbu sesuai selera dan sajikan hangat atau dingin.
