BAHAN
Roti shokupan, kulit dibuang, 90 g
Telur, 50 g
Daging sapi, diiris sangat tipis atau dicincang, 25 g
Mayones, 12 g
Mentega, dilunakkan, 8 g
Lada hitam, baru digiling, 0.5 g

METODE
  • 1. Masukkan telur ke dalam mangkuk kecil dan kocok secukupnya hingga putih dan kuning telur menyatu menjadi campuran yang seragam.

  • 2. Panaskan wajan di atas api sedang. Tambahkan daging sapi dan masak selama 2 hingga 3 menit, aduk atau balik sesuai kebutuhan, sampai warna mentahnya hilang dan sedikit kecokelatan. Daging harus tetap empuk, tidak kering.

  • 3. Tambahkan telur kocok ke dalam wajan bersama daging sapi. Aduk perlahan selama 1 hingga 2 menit sampai telur membentuk gumpalan lembut dan campurannya baru saja matang, tetap lembap dan lentur. Angkat dari api lalu bumbui dengan lada hitam.

  • 4. Letakkan irisan shokupan di atas papan yang bersih. Oleskan mentega secara merata pada satu sisi setiap irisan. Oleskan mayones pada sisi lain setiap irisan.

  • 5. Sendokkan campuran telur dan daging sapi ke atas satu irisan lalu ratakan menjadi lapisan yang merata, tetap di dalam tepinya. Tutup dengan irisan kedua, tekan ringan agar sandwich menyatu tanpa memadatkan roti.

  • 6. Rapikan tepi yang tidak rata jika perlu. Diamkan sandwich selama 1 menit, lalu potong rapi menjadi dua persegi panjang atau dua segitiga dengan pisau tajam.

    Sajikan segera di atas piring polos, dengan sisi potongan terlihat. Roti harus tetap pucat dan lembut, isiannya padat dan mengilap, dengan lada hitam memberikan sentuhan akhir aroma dan rasa hangat.
