Einfalt meðlæti úr krydduðum kartöflum sem eru ristaðar þar til þær eru stökkar að utan og mjúkar að innan. Paprikan gefur hlýtt, reykt bragð, en salt og svartur pipar halda þessu klassísku.

  • 1. Hitið ofninn í 220°C.

  • 2. Þvoið kartöflurnar og skerið þær í jafnstóra bita.

  • 3. Veltið kartöflunum upp úr jurtaolíu, salti, svörtum pipar og papriku þar til þær eru jafnhjúpaðar.

  • 4. Dreifið þeim í einu lagi á bökunarplötu.

  • 5. Ristið í 25 til 35 mínútur, snúið einu sinni þegar eldunartíminn er hálfnaður, þar til þær eru gullnar og stökkar.

  • 6. Berið fram heitt.
