Penne-pasta með kjötbollum og tómatsósu

Klassískur pastaréttur með penne-pasta sem er blandað saman við bragðgóðar kjötbollur og einfalda tómatsósu. Hann er matarmikill, seðjandi og best að bera hann fram heitan.

Ingredients
  • Penne-pasta 180 g

  • Kjötbollur 150 g

  • Tómatsósa 70 g

  • Jurtaolía 10 g

  • Salt 5 g

  • Svartur pipar 5 g


  • Instructions
  • 1. Látið pott með söltu vatni sjóða og sjóðið penne-pastaið þar til það er al dente. Hellið vatninu vel af.

  • 2. Hitið jurtaolíuna á pönnu við meðalhita.

  • 3. Bætið kjötbollunum á pönnuna og eldið þar til þær eru orðnar heitar í gegn og létt brúnaðar.

  • 4. Hellið tómatsósunni út á, kryddið síðan með salti og svörtum pipar.

  • 5. Bætið soðnu penne-pastanu á pönnuna og blandið þar til það er jafnt hjúpað sósu.

  • 6. Berið fram strax á meðan rétturinn er heitur.
