Una classica bistecca di ribeye cucinata in modo semplice con sale, pepe nero, timo, burro e olio. È un piatto di bistecca scottata in padella semplice e diretto che mette in risalto la naturale ricchezza della carne di manzo.

Ingredienti


  • Bistecca di manzo ribeye, 300 g

  • Burro, 15 g

  • Olio da cucina, 5 g

  • Timo, 2 g

  • Sale, 2 g

  • Pepe nero, 1 g

    Istruzioni


  • 1. Tampona la ribeye con carta da cucina per asciugarla e condisci entrambi i lati con sale e pepe nero.

  • 2. Scalda l'olio da cucina in una padella a fuoco medio-alto finché è ben caldo.

  • 3. Rosola la bistecca per 2-4 minuti per lato, a seconda dello spessore e del grado di cottura desiderato.

  • 4. Aggiungi il burro e il timo alla padella durante l'ultimo minuto di cottura.

  • 5. Versa ripetutamente con un cucchiaio il burro al timo fuso sulla bistecca.

  • 6. Togli la bistecca dalla padella e lasciala riposare per 5 minuti prima di servirla.
