Petto di pollo al burro e aglio

Un semplice piatto di petto di pollo rosolato in padella e rifinito con burro all'aglio. È succoso, saporito e leggermente condito con sale e pepe nero.

Ingredienti


  • Petto di pollo: 300 g

  • Burro: 25 g

  • Olio da cucina: 10 g

  • Aglio: 15 g

  • Sale: 5 g

  • Pepe nero: 5 g


  • Istruzioni


  • 1. Tampona il petto di pollo con carta da cucina per asciugarlo e condisci entrambi i lati con sale e pepe nero.

  • 2. Scalda l'olio da cucina in una padella a fuoco medio-alto.

  • 3. Aggiungi il petto di pollo e cuoci finché non sarà dorato su entrambi i lati e ben cotto all'interno.

  • 4. Abbassa la fiamma, aggiungi il burro e l'aglio, quindi versa il burro fuso sul pollo con un cucchiaio per 1 o 2 minuti.

  • 5. Togli dalla padella e lascia riposare brevemente prima di servire.
