Pollo marinato piccante all'aglio e salsa di soia

Una preparazione di pollo marinato saporita e piccante, con aromi di aglio, salsa di soia e peperoncino. È preferibile cuocerlo dopo la marinatura e servirlo caldo.

  • Pollo 800 g

  • Aglio 40 g

  • Olio al peperoncino 40 g

  • Salsa di soia 50 g

  • Fiocchi di peperoncino rosso 5 g

  • Pepe nero 3 g

  • Sale 7 g

  • Zucchero 5 g


  • Istruzioni
  • 1. Trita finemente l'aglio.

  • 2. In una ciotola, unisci aglio, olio al peperoncino, salsa di soia, fiocchi di peperoncino rosso, pepe nero, sale e zucchero.

  • 3. Aggiungi il pollo e mescola accuratamente fino a ricoprirlo in modo uniforme.

  • 4. Copri e lascia marinare in frigorifero per almeno 30 minuti.

  • 5. Cuoci il pollo marinato con il metodo che preferisci finché è completamente cotto e non è più rosa al centro.
