    조리 방법


  • 1. 감자는 껍질을 벗기고 프라이 모양으로 썹니다. 물에 헹군 뒤 잘 말립니다.

  • 2. 소고기, 돼지고기, 양파, 빵가루, 달걀, 소금, 후춧가루를 고루 섞은 뒤 작은 미트볼 모양으로 빚습니다.

  • 3. 팬에 식용유를 두르고 가열합니다. 미트볼을 넣고 겉면이 갈색이 돌고 속까지 익을 때까지 굽습니다.
