    조리 방법


  • 1. 감자는 껍질을 벗기고 프렌치프라이 모양으로 썬 뒤, 물기를 잘 닦아냅니다.

  • 2. 소고기, 빵가루, 달걀, 잘게 다진 양파, 소금, 후춧가루를 섞어 작은 미트볼 모양으로 빚습니다.
