  • 1. Cincang halus bawang putih.

  • 2. Dalam mangkuk, satukan bawang putih, minyak cili, kicap soya, serpihan cili merah, lada hitam, garam, dan gula.

  • 3. Masukkan ayam dan gaul rata sehingga semuanya tersalut sekata.

  • 4. Tutup dan perap dalam peti sejuk sekurang-kurangnya 30 minit.
