Kentang Paprika Panggang Oven

  • Kentang, 150 g

  • Minyak sayuran, 15 g

  • Garam, 3 g

  • Lada hitam, 1 g

  • Paprika, 1 g


  • Jumlah berat: 170 g

    Arahan


  • 1. Panaskan ketuhar terlebih dahulu hingga 220°C.

  • 2. Basuh dan potong kentang kepada ketulan kecil yang sekata.

  • 3. Gaulkan kentang dengan minyak sayuran, garam, lada hitam, dan paprika sehingga bersalut sekata.

  • 4. Susun dalam satu lapisan di atas dulang pembakar.

  • 5. Panggang selama 25 hingga 35 minit, balikkan sekali di pertengahan masa, sehingga keemasan dan rangup.
